APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Step #1 - Retrieve application from your nearest bowling center.

Step #2 - Applicant must write and sign an essay of no more than 150 words on "What Has Youth Bowling Meant To Me" such as: My personal growth thru youth membership or Experiences I've gained through youth bowling.

Step #3 - Give your league coach your essay, pages 1 and 2 of the application form and a stamped envelope addressed to Iowa Bowling Proprietors’ Association. Ask the coach to fill out page 2 entirely. The coach should then mail the essay and pages 1 and 2 to the Iowa Bowling Proprietors’ Association by February 15, 2004.

Step #4 - Give page 3 to a school official or your school counselor along with a stamped envelope addressed to Iowa Bowling Proprietors’ Association. Ask the school official or counselor to fill out page 3 and mail it by February 15, 2004.

Step #5 - Check with your league coach and school official or counselor by February 1st to make sure all the application papers have been mailed. Thank them for their help and cooperation.
